The staff were very amiable and really caring and kept the place clean. There were central heating, coffee/tea making machines and satellite TV in my double room, greatly enjoyed it. The vibe here was quiet👌😃

I would recommend as I greatly enjoyed this hotel. The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable location close enough to the shops, flamenco, all the main sites such as cathedral and palace, and loads of eating places-especially around the cathedral, and monuments, restaurants, tapas bars, stores.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the attractions. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and Cristina, the staff member who assisted us, made sure we had everything we needed. Despite there being no 24-hour reception, Cristina stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp, providing tips on what to see and where to eat. We were even pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy. We will definitely book here again when we return to Valence.
